The leader of European Belarus has met with Lloyd Austin.

On November 18-20, the annual International Security Forum was held in Halifax, Canada. The leader of the European Belarus civil campaign, Andrei Sannikov, who took part in the event, published a photo with the Pentagon head Lloyd Austin:
