“The Russian fascists came out with white flags at the railway market in the city of Izyum. In addition, the Armed Forces of Ukraine liberated Kapitolivka and Oskol of the Izyum region,” he said.
At the same time, Russian Telegram channels are massively reporting the start of fighting on the outskirts of Lyman. Presumably, the Armed Forces of Ukraine crossed the Seversky Donets river, and went to the villages in the vicinity of the city, deciding to attack the right flank of the Izyum grouping of the RF Armed Forces.
Ukrainian journalist Andriy Tsaplienko notes that if the Ukrainian warriors, as the Russians claim, are approaching Lyman, then the offensive has gone to the Donetsk region. “This is an interesting plot twist,” he writes.
Kharkiv Telegram channels note that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are now working along Lyman and the invaders have begun to retreat to Rubizhne and Svatove. “The Izyum group scatters through the forests, they are being killed from any possible weapon. The Russian fascists are in a panic, there are many corpses,” writes XC Kharkiv.
At the same time, People's Deputy Oleksiy Honcharenko notes that no one from official sources, except for Russian propagandists, confirms the information about the attack on Lyman.

However, as it became known, Russian war correspondents hurriedly left Izyum yesterday afternoon.
At the same time, Russian military analysts soberly assess the situation on the Izyum-Kupyansk sector of the front at the end of September 9 as “not very good”.
In the Kupyansk direction, the Armed Forces of Ukraine established control over the villages of Chkalivske, Shevchenko, Borovske and control the Chuhuiv-Kupyansk highway to Hrushivka, which made it possible to transfer equipment and artillery systems to the line of combat collision.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine will block the reserves of the Russian Armed Forces in Kupyansk and will try to bypass the city from the north with the main forces, moving in the direction of Dvorichna, the Russians assume.
From the south of Izyum, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are advancing from Vernopillya and Dolyna.
Apparently, the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will reinforce the mobile units on the western bank of the Oskol with heavy equipment, and will try to conduct reconnaissance in combat of the defense of Izyum from the direction of Horokhovatka.
In addition, the occupiers are expecting an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the villages of Vesele and Kunye in the Balakliya direction.
