The Russian dictator had an unusual voice.

After the video of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin's visit to Kursk region on 12 March, the Kremlin started to explain Putin's strange voice and the disynchronisation of the sound and the video itself.

This was reported by Russian media.

Putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that this was the first video where there was a ‘slight disynchronisation’ of the sound track and the video. However, they decided to release the video in order, as he explains, to familiarise everyone with the content as soon as possible.

We remind you that on the video, which was actively distributed in the network, the picture diverges from the sound, and the Russian dictator himself has an unusually high voice.

Peskov then assured that specialists had been ‘fixing the picture’ for half an hour, which is why it was released already with a normal timbre and normal synchronisation.
