Sabalenka Reaches Semifinals At Indian Wells, Beating Russian Samsonova

The Belarusian will play her next match against American tennis player Madison Keys.
Top-ranked Aryna Sabalenka has reached the semi-finals of the WTA-1000 tournament in Indian Wells.
In the quarter-final match, the Belarusian defeated Russia's 25th ranked player Lyudmila Samsonova 6-2, 6-3 in two sets.
The match lasted 1 hour and 22 minutes. Sabalenka played one service game, made no double faults and converted five of her eight break points. The Russian player did not have a single ace, three double faults and realised two break points out of two.
Aryna will play her next match against American tennis player Madison Keys, the fifth racket of the world.
The tournament in Indian Wells takes place from 6 to 13 March. The prize fund is $8,963,700.
